Through Chicago’s public art initiative, the Chamber is collaborating with local artists Rahmaan Statik and Max Sansing, and celebrating our community by painting one-of-a-kind murals throughout the community.
Our first xSite! experience takes place at 9031 S. Stony Island Avenue (old Soul Queen Restaurant). Once a destination for the world’s most famous Black celebrities, the peeling wall will become a beautiful piece of art.

You’re invited to sit in our art lounge and experience the live mural painting event, forget about your worries in our relaxation station, win a game of connect 4, enjoy the live beats of world-famous DJs like Vince Adams, DJ Reggie, DJ B Rocking, Jay-iLLA and DJ Torin Edmonds, and take pictures in front of the mural and tag ’em #scccXsite #southeastchamber #GoForGreat!
