~ It’s Brunch for Dinner ~

You, along with 100 other epicures, will gather in an intimate setting to experience delightful cuisine that was carefully curated with the southeast Chicago in mind. While alluring libations and savory fares dance across your palette, stroll through the selective art displays to totally engross yourself into a different vibe of the XSITE experience.

XSITE–an urban popup is taking over brunch-for-dinner on Friday, September 21 from 6-9pm at the Calumet Heights Community Art Center (8828 S. Stony Island) with a Foodie Fundraiser. Through a live art demonstration and silent auction, proceeds from this event benefit our public art projects scheduled for Special Service Area #50 in 2019. Our previous art projects are the murals located at 9011 S. Stony Island Ave, 9020 S. Stony Island Ave, and most recently 1706 E. 79th Street, Chicago.

On September 21st, we are presenting the best in cuisine from Chicago’s own Batter & Berries, Nita’s Gumbo and BJ’s Market restaurateurs, just to name a few. This event is not just about the gems of Chicago eateries, but also about culture, community and commerce.  It is in effort to draw positive attention to Avalon Park and Calumet Heights as being ideal for investment.

Please say that you will join us. However, if you cannot, you can still make a contribution to this cause. Your gift, no matter the size will be acknowledged by a donation receipt letter with the Southeast Chicago Community Development Corp’s tax-exempt ID number for your records.

Therefore, on behalf of the businesses, residents, board members and staff of Southeast Chicago Chamber of Commerce, thank you for your continued support and we look forward seeing you at the Foodie Fundraiser.

For your convenience, ticket donations are accepted by any SCCC staff, board member or commissioner at Southeast Chicago Chamber office: 8334 S. Stony Island or through Eventbrite using the link below:
