VENDOR LOAD-IN, SET UP, & LOAD-OUT INFORMATION
10am – 6pm
Load-in/Load-out: Vendor Load-in will start at 7:30 am and all set up vendors should be set up and ready to go at 9:30. Vendors should check in at the registration table at the corner of 87th & Clyde. At check in, each Vendor will receive a vendor card indicating that they are paid and registered. Vendor tent locations will be given to you at the time of registration.
Once load-in is complete, parking will be available on Anthony. Security will be stationed there to keep watch on your vehicles.
Load-out – At the conclusion of the event, you will be able to bring vehicles to the event area. Event ends at 6pm.
Security: Security will be provided by the SSA#50 and the Chicago Police Department.

Vendor entrance: All vendors should enter the festival area from 87th & Anthony going west on 87th Street. You will not be able to enter from Jeffery on 87th because of the stage will block the flow of traffic.
It is important for everyone to use this entrance and set up on time because Alderman Harris’ Back to School Parade will start entering the park from the Jeffery side starting at 10am. We are expecting 400 – 500 children and their parents during this time, so please arrive on time.
